London Marathon 2014
36,000 people took the streets of London yesterday to run the London Marathon which included Tusk’s team of 40 runners! We are so proud of the team and what they have achieved. Many beat their personal bests and reached target times that they had set for themselves, while another ran the race in simple flip flop shoes to make it even more of a challenge. The team has so far raised over £50,000 with more funds to come. We are so grateful to each of our runners for the huge commitment that they made to train and fundraise on the Charity's behalf.
We met the Tusk running team at the end of the race in St James’s Park. They were greeted with refreshments kindly supplied by Tusk Patron Deborah Meaden and Paul Farmer, and enjoyed a well earned rest.

Many thanks again to the team of 2014 and all who have so generously supported them!
