Prince William Visits Tusk Projects in Namibia

The Prince of Wales became Royal Patron of Tusk in 2005 and has been a powerful advocate for Tusk’s work to support conservation, education and community development across Africa ever since.

Charlie Mayhew, Chief Executive, Tusk

“Prince William’s support for Tusk over the years has been immensely helpful in raising both the profile of the charity and the funds that we need. His ability to draw global attention to the plight of endangered species being decimated by illegal wildlife trade has been warmly welcomed by conservationists across the globe and we are enormously grateful to him”.

Prince William Honours Africa's Frontline Heroes

The 2022 Tusk Conservation Awards, in partnership with Ninety One, took place at London’s historic Hampton Court Palace, and not only celebrated the unsung conservation heroes of Africa, but also marked the 10th year of the awards.
