We would like to say a massive congratulations to all 29 Tusk London Marathon runners who braved the rain to complete the 42km race in aid of accelerating African-driven conservation.
We are extremely proud of all our runners and grateful that they were able to raise a total of £65,337! What a massive achievement and nearly double the amount raised last year.
The money raised will help us continue to support our project partners across Africa in protecting endangered species, mitigating human wildlife conflict and providing environmental education.
Take a look here for a list of all the projects that Tusk helps fund.
Inspired by this years runners? Why not run for Tusk in the London Marathon next year, we are pleased to have more running slots to allocate in 2024, so if you are interested please email susie@tusk.org.
If you just can’t wait to run next year and want another challenge, register for our Wildlife Ranger Challenge. Taking place on September 16th, join in as people all from over the world race in solidarity for the wildlife rangers at the forefront of African conservation. To find out more click here.
